CAMCOMIX Terms and Conditions

1. Service Overview

CAMCOMIX is a digital webtoon platform based in Cambodia. These Terms and Conditions specify the regulations that must be followed when using the service.

2. Membership and Account

• Users must provide accurate information to create an account.
• Only individuals aged 13 and older may sign up.
• Users are responsible for managing the security of their own accounts.
• If account theft is discovered, please contact support@camcomix.kh immediately.

3. Payment and Refund

Payment Methods:

ABA Bank, Wing, Carrier Billing, Gift Cards

Refund Policy:

Coin Policy:

• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Unused coins will automatically expire after 2 years.
• Coins are not returned upon account deletion.

4. VIP Subscription

• Subscriptions renew automatically.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Bonuses and Activity Rewards

• Daily Check-in: 20 Coins
• Reading Completion: 100 Coins
• Friend Invitation: 200 Coins

Bonus coins can only be used for purchasing content and cannot be monetized.

6. Content Usage

• Users may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Downloaded content can only be viewed on personal devices.
• Sharing, copying, or distributing to others is prohibited.
• Copyright infringement will result in legal action.

7. Creator Revenue

• Cambodian Authors: 60-70% revenue share.
• Settlement Cycle: Once a month (within the 15th of the following month).
• Payment Methods: Stripe, Payoneer, Wise, ABA, Wing.

8. Prohibited Acts

Users are prohibited from the following:

1. Posting illegal content
2. Violence, hate speech, or profanity
3. Leaking personal information
4. Acts that disrupt the platform
5. Spam and unauthorized advertising
6. Adult content or child abuse content
7. Terrorism-related content

9. Penalties

• 1st Violation: Warning and content deletion
• 2nd Violation: Account restriction (1-7 days)
• 3rd Violation or more: Permanent account suspension
• Serious Crimes: Immediate permanent suspension and reporting to police

10. Privacy Protection

• CAMCOMIX protects personal information through encryption.
• Collected Information: Name, email, mobile phone, payment information, behavioral records.
• Information is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
• Users may request to view, modify, or delete their personal information at any time.

11. Marketing Consent

• You may opt out of Email and SMS marketing.
• App push notifications can be disabled in settings.

12. Service Interruption

• CAMCOMIX may suspend the service for maintenance or security updates.
• Advance notice (24 hours) will be provided whenever possible.

13. Limitation of Liability

• CAMCOMIX provides the service "AS IS".
• We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the service.

14. Dispute Resolution

Resolution Process:

1. Submit a request to the Customer Support Team via email (support@camcomix.kh).
2. Negotiation within 14 days.
3. If negotiation fails, file a lawsuit in a Cambodian court.

15. Modification of Terms

• CAMCOMIX may modify these terms after providing advance notice (30 days).
• Significant changes will be notified via email and app notifications.
